Position Overview
This role is responsible for administering all sales operations, including but not limited to contracts, opportunities, and revenue for pipeline and budget, and maintaining processes and procedures to help the entire sales process flow efficiently and effectively. The position is based in the Las Vegas office.
Responsibilities:
Generate and track sales agreements
Initiate and track billing to ensure Accounting has current information
Manage the client record in NetSuite, ensuring it is always up to date with reliable information
Ensure the Sales team has the information needed to do their job by working with other departments to ensure data is available (licensing and product information, support and service information, etc.)
Own and manage sales orders and agreements, in relation to expiry and renewals, and ensure client footprints are kept up to date
Support the Accounting team with the compiling of billing reports, billing queries, and the payment of invoices
Collect, analyze data, and generate Sales reports for the Sales team and Sr. Leadership
Assist with closing and month-end reporting
Implement and manage the needs of Sales to ensure processes and procedures are in place
Manage and coordinate all processes with NetSuite
Other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge/Skills/Job Qualifications:
Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to interface and build relationships with multiple levels of management
Ability to listen and ask questions
Ability to provide a high level of customer service
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with excellent project management and time management skills
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
Proactive and works well under pressure
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel required
Familiarity with CRM systems, especially NetSuite
Must be willing and able to develop a good understanding of casino table games
Education/Experience:
BA/BS degree preferred, or any combination of education and experience, which would be an equivalent background
Gaming industry knowledge, particularly casino table games preferred
Physical Requirements
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
Must occasionally move about inside the office to access office machinery, etc.
