Sales Account Trainee Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with customers on their individual needs in the TV, phone, and internet space in retail locations
• Conduct an assessment of the overall customer needs to ensure we are providing the best package and promotions possible
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities by attending daily meetings
• Effectively communicate to our customers in retail stores the advantages of our products and the additional value provided by our services
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and relationship-building strategies
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Sales Account Trainee Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in management, retail, account management, sales, telecommunications, or client relations preferred
• Ability to prioritize what's essential and handle situations that might arise in a calm and professional manner
• Aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Strong work ethic and follow-through
• Ability to upsell and negotiate.
• Strong presentation and closing skills
• Able to bring a positive and professional demeanor to the workplace
