Shift Availability for Sales Administrative Assistant:

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday
• Flexibility with schedule based off of needs of PV.

Responsibilities of Sales Administrative Assistant:

• Administrative support to the Sales department
• Assist sales representatives with customer inquiries, requests, and follow-up.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, presentations, reports, and other sales-related documents.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer, prospect, and sales information in the company’s CRM and other systems.
• Process sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation as needed.
• Track customer requests and outstanding follow-up items.
• Coordinate communication between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
• Coordinating move-in paperwork and process

Qualifications for Sales Administrative Assistant:

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative, office, customer service, sales support, or related experience required.
• Experience in a senior living, healthcare, real estate, or similar customer-focused environment preferred.
• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Associate degree in business administration, office administration, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other office applications.
