Job Description - Sales Administrator

People Architects is excited to hire for a Sales Administrator role with a highly respected, design-driven company. This is a rare opportunity to step into a dynamic, cross-functional position where sales, marketing, and product management intersect — and where your curiosity, ambition, and teamwork will shape your growth.

Description:



  • Support the development and execution of sales plans to attract new customers and grow revenue.

  • Assist in pricing strategy for new products, including margin review and implementation of pricing updates.

  • Manage the ordering and production process for sample books used by the Sales and Marketing teams.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to support the planning and rollout of new product launches.

  • Maintain accurate product and customer reference materials, including product manuals, and assist with testing and programming in E-Pic.

  • Partner with Marketing to create and proof Product Guides, customer communications, and related materials.

  • Perform general administrative duties to support sales, product, and marketing operations as needed.



Qualifications (required and preferred):




  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1+ year of administrative, sales support, or marketing experience preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Basic math aptitude and ability to review data for accuracy

  • Proficient with computers; experience using business systems or product platforms (e.g., E-Pic) is a plus

  • Customer-focused mindset with a high degree of professionalism

  • Comfortable working across teams and handling multiple priorities
