Job Summary:

The purpose of this position is to support our sales team and ensure smooth, efficient sales operations. Handle administrative tasks, manage customer accounts, assist with order processing, and maintain sales documentation. This role is essential to improving productivity and enhancing the customer experience while also meeting company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales data, and price lists.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, contracts, and sales presentations.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert the sales team to potential shortages.
• Generate regular sales reports and analyze data to track performance and trends.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
• Support the onboarding of new clients and follow up on post-sale satisfaction.
• Work closely with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and promptly resolve any issues or complaints.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
• Back up Customer Service in taking orders and relaying messages.

Qualifications: 

•  Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role. 
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). 
•  Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. 
•  Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 
•  Effective written and verbal communication skills. 
•  Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
