Job Description - Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator

Pay: Starting at $18 hourly

Schedule: Days and hours are somewhat flexible and can be discussed at interview. Must have weekend availability.

We are looking for someone to assist our sales team!

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Manufacturer website to select preferences for new dealership vehicles based on previous sales and customer market
  • Coordinate with New Vehicle Sales Managers to identify vehicles to purchase
  • Report new vehicle sales to Manufacturer
  • Assist with Dealer Trades as needed
  • Assist with courtesy delivery of new vehicles to customers
  • Dispense Automotive Keys
  • Dispense and log dealer plates
  • Maintain and file and inventory packets
  • Ability to be flexible with scheduling while being punctual
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Strong organization Skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to Multitask and prioritize
  • Professional in appearance and communications
  • Must be over the age of 18 years old
