Job Description - Sales Administrator (Bilingual in Korean)

[About Our Client]
Well known Korean food industry

[Job Description]

Bookkeeping for Local offices and Satellite offices
Documentary assistant for sales team
Creating and processing sales orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions through system periodically (Daily, weekly, and monthly)
Openly communicate with customers and co-workers to provide accurate technical information.
Maintain A/R and A/P Flow
General Admin tasks for office
Other duties as assigned

[Qualifications]

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience Preferred
1-3 Years’ Experience (Preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint required
Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
