Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM, - 5:00 PM



A local company in Hermiston OR is seeking a Counter Sales Administrator to join their team! If you have good people-person skills and the ability to multitask, we'd like to meet with you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Answering phones, greeting customers, order entry.
Learning and acquiring product knowledge, stock shelves and work in the yard/warehouse.
Providing top-notch team work to ensure job gets done in a timely matter.
Candidate will be responsible for answering the sales department phone line, creating packets, enter daily production (yarded and labeled), inventory and order supplies, pay freight bills, invoice and ship completed orders in the computer system, mail out invoices to appropriate retailer.



Preferred Qualifications: This position requires a strong working knowledge of computers. Must be self motivated, reliable, and must have a clean driving record

Must be detail-oriented and organized, effective organizational and time management skills, able to work under limited supervision, able to effectively participate in and oversee multiple projects at times.
