Job Description - Sales Administrator - Long Island, New York

Description

 The Sales Administrator will provide support to our Account Executives, assisting with proposals for projects, contracts, quotes, and pending issues with new accounts. This position will assist in maintaining Account Executives’ opportunities, creating/updating customer-facing and internal documents, and work with Operations and Sales Engineers. We are looking for a positive, energetic individual with great communication skills who can work well in a fast-paced environment.  This job position is in office at our New York office location.

Requirements

  

Create and maintain assigned Account Executives (AEs) accounts and opportunities.

Assist AEs with customer-facing proposals, quotes, contracts, and supporting documents.

Communicate with customers, AEs, Operations, and Sales Engineers as needed.

Obtain electronic signatures.

Assist AEs with marketing campaigns and provide customers with promotional materials, as needed.

Protect confidential information.

Prepare and manage reports; organize and maintain files.

Operate within and support all Forerunner Technologies Inc. company policies and procedures.

Work with other Sales Admins to provide appropriate coverage for PTO.

Other duties as required.

Education and/or Experience  

· HS Diploma or Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training

· Must be proficient with standard office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat

· Must be available Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM EST

· Must have outstanding verbal/written communication skills

· Experience working with a sales team is a plus, but not required
