Sales Advisor

What does a Sales Advisor Do?

• Assist customers in determining the right vehicle based on customer needs
  


• Work out financing options for the customer


• Utilize computer systems to handle sales leads and sales
  


• Understand and execute all administrative responsibilities including but not limited to deal documentation and cash handling


• Follow up with prospective customers in an effort to earn their business


• Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase


• Comply with laws and regulations to protect and safeguard customer identity


• Comply with company policies/procedures to protect and safeguard customer identity
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail industry


• Must be self-motivated with strong decision making and problem solving abilities


• Ability to work with customers in a professional manner and a team environment


• Looking for candidates with the ability to negotiate


• Excellent oral and written communication skills


• Excellent telephone etiquette
  


• Excellent typing and computer skills


• Great listen ability
