Work environment: This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.

What you’ll do

·       Welcome prospective and current members

·       Explain membership options, benefits, and services

·       Conduct tours or introductions when applicable

·       Follow up on questions and support enrollment or renewal processes

Who may thrive here: A strong entry-level candidate is personable, dependable, comfortable starting conversations, organized, coachable, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment. Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
