Blue Fig USA, an authorized independent retailer of Cricket Wireless, is seeking a dedicated Wireless Sales Associate to join our team. With over 90 locations throughout Florida, we are committed to delivering a premium customer experience. Our mission is to ensure that every customer receives exceptional service, every time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers by answering inquiries and providing information about wireless products and services.

- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet those needs.

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the latest wireless technology and products.

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer service orientation.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic knowledge of wireless technology and products is a plus.

- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.

SALARY/ BENEFITS:

• Base Salary Range $13.00 hourly
• Base + Commission (Hourly Pay and Commission Paid Weekly)
• Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance Benefits are eligible after 60 days
