Position Overview:
As a Sales Agent with BGS Security Division, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities within the security sector. Leveraging your exceptional communication skills and industry knowledge, you will engage with potential clients to understand their security needs and present tailored solutions that align with their objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry associations.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' security requirements and challenges.
- Present BGS Security Division's products and services in a compelling and persuasive manner, highlighting their value proposition and benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support and technical experts, to develop customized solutions that address clients' specific needs.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
