Sales Agent – Farmers Insurance

Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed individual and agency sales goals.
Stay Informed: Remain current on product offerings and industry compliance standards.
CRM Management: Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals.
Team Engagement: Participate in team meetings and collaborative strategy sessions.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Experience: At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
Drive: Confidence in making outbound calls and closing business.
Attitude: Coachable, proactive, and eager to learn.
Licensing: Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain).
Bilingual: Skills are a plus.
