You’ll play a vital role in connecting clients with the resources they need to regain control—whether it’s through consolidation loans (with access to 60+ lenders) or through our in-house legal debt resolution program that stops harassment and eliminates debt. What You'll Do:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up with warm leads generated through multiple marketing campaigns
• Consult with prospective clients to evaluate their financial situation and offer tailored debt relief options
• Enroll clients in suitable programs and help them begin their path to financial recovery
• Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and track follow-up opportunities
• Commit to learning and improving as a consultative closer

• 1+years of consultative sales experience (required)
• 1+years in financial services sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High motivation and goal orientation
• CRM experience and basic tech proficiency
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
• Ability to reliably commute to Scottsdale, AZ
