What You’ll Do:

  • Bring expertise and experience in working with carriers within the Florida property insurance market.
  • Guide clients in selecting the right insurance policies tailored to their unique needs.
  • Present and deliver approved policies to new clients, clearly explaining both benefits and risks.
  • Complete and submit applications, issue quotes, maintain client records, and prepare reports.
  • Proactively research and identify new business opportunities, building strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Create customized insurance programs that meet the specific needs of each individual client.
  • Reassess the insurance needs of existing clients to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, latest market developments, and best practices.
  • Achieve new business production goals and contribute to overall team success by meeting established objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Active 2-20 or 20-44 license.
  • Sales oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment. 3+ years of experience in insurance sales.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage clients professionally.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experienced with Applied Epic.
  • Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced setting, maintaining efficiency and focus under pressure.
