Sales Analyst - Alberton's (Remote) - Fast Hire

A&L Foods has a new opportunity for a remote Sales Analyst. This role supports the day-to-day sales functions for the chain store accounts. Analyzes sales data for the company, maintains accurate flow of information between A&L and Albertsons, support the account manager and category management.

This is a full-time position with minimal travel, reporting to the Regional Sales Supervisor.

Remote candidates will need to work on east coast time. Compensation range: Monday-Friday work schedule with a salary of $50,000 to $60,000, based on experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain the exchange of accurate product information between A&L and customer.
• Creating promotional programs and cost changes within customer portals.
• Working with sales team and manufacturers to build new items within customer portals.
• Conduct periodic business reviews.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer buying team and A&L Sales team.
• Provide regular updates to sales management on all projects and daily activities.
• Communicate needs to sales team and customers.
• Work with the Finance department on pricing issues and assist with researching any A/R discrepancies.

Education and Experience Requirement:

• One World Sync experience with building new items for Albertsons.
• DemandTec/Tradepoint and Periscope experience with submitting cost changes, promotions and running reports for Albertsons.
• Basic understanding of A/R.
• Well-versed in excel - creating basic spreadsheets, pivot tables, formulas.
• Accurate data entry.
• Basic math skills for calculating margins, promotions, costs, etc.
• Knowledge of Albertsons processes and structure.
• Ability to communicate via email and phone with category managers and analysts.
• High attention to detail, desire for accuracy and excellence.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
