Sales and Client Services Representative

The Sales and Client Services Representative will focus on driving best practices in the areas of customer service, support, sales, marketing, and other key team business duties. Additionally, this individual will focus on helping the organization’s development providing customer care to each customer in a personal and individualized manner. 

This Sales and Client Services Representative will be trained from the entry level up to understand all aspects of our company. Our mission is to bridge the gap between the product and the consumer with our professionally trained team, and our Customer Service Specialist helps us do that seamlessly.

Sales and Client Services Representative Responsibilities:

• Responds resourcefully to customer requests and concerns
• Processes accurate and efficient sale and return transactions
• Understands and utilizes basic selling skills to properly engage and present solutions to our customers
• Leverage marketing and sales tools to create a pipeline of potential customers
• Cultivate and develop strong relationships across departments and with team members
• Collect and organize all team manifests

Qualifications of the Sales and Client Services Representative Position:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's or Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is encouraged
• 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing role such as hospitality, retail, education, medical, etc. is preferred
• Appetite for problem-solving and assisting others
• Friendly and professional communication skills
