• Represent the Lifeline program with confidence and compassion during in-person and community outreach events
• Engage with diverse populations through direct marketing efforts, including canvassing, tabling, and local activations to promote wireless sales
• Educate potential beneficiaries about Lifeline benefits and eligibility criteria in an approachable and relatable way
• Master key messaging strategies and adapt your pitch to meet varied communication needs
• Capture data accurately from outreach interactions and maintain well-organized application records
• Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to optimize tactics and refine customer engagement approaches
• Monitor community feedback and offer insights for improving service accessibility and visibility
• Actively participate in personal development activities alongside fellow Sales and Community Outreach Representatives - learning the ropes of grassroots marketing and mission-driven sales
