Are you great with people, passionate about dogs, and eager to grow your career? Scenthound is looking for a friendly, motivated team member to lead our customer experience and drive membership sales at the front desk. ✅ What You’ll Do

Help pet parents understand the benefits of routine dog care and the value of our membership program

Be the friendly face at our front desk – answering questions, booking appointments, and helping dogs and their humans feel at home

Drive sales through education, service add-ons, and retail recommendations

Keep our lobby clean, organized, and welcoming

Work closely with the team and manager to exceed goals and create a great customer experience
