Sales & Customer Service Position Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers face-to-face about products and services that best suit their needs
• Attend daily Sales & Customer Service team meetings to be up to date on all product promotions, product knowledge, and skills trainings
• Lead by example and execute outreach and sales initiatives. 
• Dive deep into competitor marketing and sales materials to keep us at the forefront.
• Provide top-notch customer service, explain accounts, build client relations, and explore customer upgrade options.
• Collaborate with other team members to boost our marketing efforts.
• Help organize in-person appointments and exciting events that leave a lasting impression.

Sales & Customer Service Position Requirements:

• 1 year of Customer Service, Management, or Sales experience OR a related college degree.
