What You’ll Do

Support Sales & Customers – Serve as a key point of contact, assisting customers and the Sales Team with product information, inquiries, and order management. 

Sales Order Processing – Enter quotes, process sales orders, and manage open orders to ensure smooth fulfillment. 

Account Management – Partner with the Sales Team to maintain and grow customer accounts, tracking key opportunities and supporting ongoing relationships. 

Customer Engagement– Maintain accurate customer records, communication preferences, and proactively assist with inquiries. 

Collaboration– Balance workload within the Customer Experience Team and seek cross-functional support opportunities. 

Growth & Development– Gain hands-on experience with PUPCO’s products, customers, and sales processes, with potential for advancement based on performance.
