Key Responsibilities as an In-Home Sales and Design Associate:
Client Engagement: Visit clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects.
Flooring Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of flooring materials, styles, and trends to educate clients and recommend the best options for their space.
Sales System: Utilize our sales system with the help of a tablet, laptop, and software.
Relationship Building: Develop lasting customer relationships and cultivate key referral sources for ongoing business growth.
Qualifications for Success:
Sales Experience: 2+ years of in-home/ outside sales.
Industry Knowledge: Flooring knowledge is a must.
