At ALL Renovation & Design, we specialize in residential remodeling projects and provide our customers with creative solutions so their desires and dreams for a kitchen and bath remodel, home renovation, or addition can become a reality. We serve homeowners across Lancaster, York, Dauphin, Lebanon, and Berks Counties with a commitment to integrity, excellence, and personal connection. What You'll Do as a Sales & Design Consultant:

• Meet with potential clients to understand their vision, explore goals and budgets, and determine project fit.
• Develop detailed cost estimates, budgets, and drawings using company-provided software.
• Present proposals, explain the next steps, and walk clients through the contract process.
• Guide clients through the design phase, assisting with layouts, materials, and informed decision-making.
• Draft detailed contracts and work orders for clients, vendors, and the production team.
• Coordinate project hand-off to production and stay in communication through completion.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and trade partners.
• Contribute to team marketing efforts and stay current on remodeling trends.

Our Ideal Sales & Design Consultant:

• Experienced: 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in residential construction, remodeling, or kitchen and bath design. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Trusted Advisor: Listens well, builds rapport, and guides clients toward decisions with insight, care, and respect.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.), OneDrive, Google Platform, and able to learn company-provided estimating programs.
• Team Player: Collaborates with others and contributes to a positive, supportive work environment.
• Customer-Focused: Approachable, professional, and passionate about helping others through a clear and consistent process.
• Reliable: Keeps commitments, follows through on details, and takes ownership of assigned tasks.
• Active: Able to lift up to 40 lbs., climb ladders, walk roofs, and occasionally crawl in tight spaces as needed during project evaluations.
