Who You Are:

NiteLites is seeking a dynamic Sales and Design Representative to join our team. This role plays a pivotal part in driving growth through relationship-based sales, customer service, and project estimation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a genuine interest in helping clients transform their spaces with custom lighting solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Present and demonstrate NiteLites products and services to prospective residential and commercial clients
• Build long-term client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business
• Conduct on-site consultations and prepare lighting design estimates
• Collaborate with installation teams to ensure client satisfaction from sale through final execution
• Provide exceptional after-sales support and serve as a consistent point of contact for clients

What You Need:

• Prior experience in customer service or consultative sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, relationship-building mindset
• Ability to travel throughout Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and Fernandina
• Must be comfortable working onsite and in the field
• Lighting, landscaping, or construction knowledge is a plus
