About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic team player who thrives wearing multiple hats. Part front desk coordinator, part sales closer, part lead nurturer—you’ll be the face and voice of Serotonin. You love building genuine connections, you’re energized by talking to new people every day, and you know how to turn a warm lead into a loyal client.
Who You Are:
- Energetic, outgoing, and confident—whether greeting clients at the desk or picking up the phone
- Motivated closer—you know how to build trust and guide people to a “yes” that benefits their health and confidence
- Flexible and adaptable—comfortable shifting from answering calls to checking in clients to closing a package deal, all in the same hour
- Organized and reliable—you keep things running smoothly and the vibe welcoming
- Bonus: You have a CPT, nutrition background, or health coaching experience—perfect for connecting with our wellness-minded clients
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer calls, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into bookings and memberships
• Build strong rapport with clients to drive retention and referrals
• Support front desk operations: scheduling, payment processing, and maintaining an inviting space
• Collaborate with our providers to ensure an exceptional Serotonin experience
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident, proactive, and comfortable on the phone
• A passion for health, wellness, and aesthetics
• Bonus if you hold a CPT, nutrition, or health coaching certification
