Sales & Inventory Coordinator

Micro Paradox is seeking a Sales & Inventory Coordinator to join our team! The Sales & Inventory Coordinator supports sales and operations by maintaining accurate inventory visibility and documenting plant material available for sale. This role ensures that plant availability information, photos, and inventory data are accessible to the sales team and accurately reflect greenhouse inventory. The position works closely with greenhouse staff to gather information and ensure accurate communication between operations and sales.

About Us

Micro Paradox is a tissue culture and micropropagation laboratory that provides clean nursery stock and young plants to commercial nurseries in the United States and abroad. Plants produced by Micro Paradox are disease-free, uniform, and true-to-type. We also provide related tissue culture services such as germplasm maintenance, virus eradication, embryo rescue, and other custom projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture photos of plant material for sales and marketing use


• Organize and maintain plant image libraries


• Upload photos and documentation into company systems


• Assist with tracking plant quantities and availability


• Work with greenhouse staff to gather inventory information


• Maintain plant availability lists and updates


• Provide plant photos and information to support sales inquiries


• Assist in identifying plant material that is ready for sale


• Support communication between sales and greenhouse operations


• Prepare operational reports as requested


• Maintain organized inventory data in company systems


• Assist with data entry and internal reporting


• Assist with confirming plant availability for orders


• Work with greenhouse staff to ensure plants are staged for shipment


• Help coordinate order preparation


• Related duties as assigned

Key Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Strong organizational skills


• Strong communication skills


• Comfortable working with computer systems and spreadsheets


• Attention to detail


• Ability to coordinate information between teams
  


• Able to become familiar with plant inventory
  


• Able to follow training and instructions


• Able to carry out and complete routine work with minimal supervision
  


• Able to work with hands, stand, walk, sit, stoop, and bend


• Able to lift 30 lbs
