Sales & Leadership Development Representative Entry Level

As a Sales & Leadership Development Representative, you’ll gain real-world business skills while growing into a future leadership role within the company.

🧠 What You’ll Do

Sales Engagement (50%)

• Represent nonprofit clients at events and high-traffic venues
• Inspire donations and build relationships with new supporters
• Use face-to-face communication and direct outreach strategies to drive revenue
• Develop confidence in closing sales and overcoming objections

Campaign & Team Development (30%)

• Lead setup, planning, and execution of local fundraising events
• Collaborate with peers and campaign managers to meet team goals
• Assist in onboarding and training new reps as you grow

Leadership & Growth Training (20%)

• Learn the fundamentals of leadership, team motivation, and accountability
• Participate in 1:1 mentorship and group development workshops
• Receive coaching in communication, public speaking, and performance strategy
