Sales and Marketing Coordinator

I’m the direct recruiter for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator with a unique, established “Water Art” Design, Engineering/Construction, and Service organization. Carrollton location.

As Sales & Marketing Coordinator with GPSI Water ( https://gpsiwater.com/ ) you’ll support business development & marketing functions: manage lead intake/CRM systems/proposal development/brand communication, being organized, tech-savvy, & comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

HIGHLIGHTS

• Log/categorize/manage incoming CRM leads: PipeDrive or similar
  

• Triage leads based on qualification criteria/assign next actions
  

• Coordinate internal meetings between Business Development, Preconstruction, Design teams
  

• Prepare/distribute: proposals, SOQs, presentations
  

• Track deadlines/follow-ups/sales performance metrics
  

• Client communication logistics/scheduling
  

• Manage marketing calendar/assist executing campaigns: LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, event promos
  

• Help create/maintain/update marketing materials: WEB, presentations, brochures, one-pagers
  

• With internal/external content creators, coordinate development of case studies, blog posts, social content
  

• Monitor engagement analytics/support campaign performance reporting
  

• Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, voice across communication channels
  

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years of relevant experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or a similar role (in construction, engineering, or design industries) to include:

• CRM systems (e.g., PipeDrive, Salesforce) & marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
  

• Written communication/copy-editing
  

• Preparing proposals, SOQs, slide show presentations, brand document
  

• Adobe Creative Suite or Canva a +
  

• Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
