Description:
Support the development and execution of sales plans to attract new customers and grow revenue.
Assist in pricing strategy for new products, including margin review and implementation of pricing updates.
Manage the ordering and production process for sample books used by the Sales and Marketing teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management to support the planning and rollout of new product launches.
Maintain accurate product and customer reference materials, including product manuals, and assist with testing and programming in E-Pic.
Partner with Marketing to create and proof Product Guides, customer communications, and related materials.
Perform general administrative duties to support sales, product, and marketing operations as needed.
Qualifications (required and preferred):
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of administrative, sales support, or marketing experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic math aptitude and ability to review data for accuracy
Proficient with computers; experience using business systems or product platforms (e.g., E-Pic) is a plus
Customer-focused mindset with a high degree of professionalism
Comfortable working across teams and handling multiple priorities
