Job Description - Sales and Marketing Manager

Manage all leads and inquiries for private parties at 2 locations
Be on site for larger parties and/or VIP Events

Participate in manger meetings and scheduled company events

Work with Chophouse’s marketing companies to develop strategies,
campaigns and programs that help grow sales and promote the brand.

Help develop content (narratives, photos, videos) for our social and e mail
platforms

Help manage our social media accounts

Help manage and respond to reviews (Google, Open Table, others as
needed)

As part of the management team, be available for miscellaneous tasks during
peak periods, special events or holidays

Work Hours:
 40 Hours Minimum per week – on and off site as needed
 5 Days as scheduled per week including weekends
 Daily hours variable based on need but some later nights (9-10pm)
