Sales & Marketing Specialist

BrightStar Care is seeking a full-time, driven, and relationship-focused Sales & Marketing Specialist to lead growth across Santa Barbara County and Santa Ynez Territories.
This role combines hands-on field engagement and marketing coordination, with a focus on building strong referral partnerships, and driving consistent growth in admissions across both home care and home health services. The ideal candidate brings proven sales and marketing experience, thrives in a fast-paced, referral-driven environment, and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those that we serve. You’ll be a vital member of our BrightStar sales team and collaborate on marketing initiatives that expand our reach and reputation. The role requires approximately 70% regular field engagement within the community, with 30% on‑site office work. We invest in our employees and believe in promoting from within.

Base Salary: $65,000-$68,000 plus Commission + Auto Expense + Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners


• Manage the full sales pipeline, from lead generation to Start of Care


• Conduct field visits, presentations, and outreach to expand market presence


• Collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives and community engagement


• Track performance metrics and ensure accountability across the sales team


• Represent BrightStar Care with professionalism, integrity, and a service‑driven mindset

Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales and marketing experience (healthcare preferred)


• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


• Ability to travel throughout Santa Barbara and Santa Ynez Valley


• Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
