The Sales and Move-In Coordinator will assist in the sales process, coordinate the move-in process to create a smooth transition from the sales decision to a successful residency in the community.
This is a 4 day per week position (Weekends required)
What you’ll do:
·
Assist the sales team with the sales process, move-in process, outreach, and marketing/social media efforts.
·
Cultivate strong relationships and establish trust with prospects and depositors.
·
Assist with tours, deliver exceptional creative follow-up, and assist in generating move-ins to achieve census goals.
What you’ll bring:

A passion for people and a unique understanding of enriching people’s lives through hospitality services.
·
Teamwork, organizational skills, communication skills, and kindness.
·
Proficiency in basic social media posting
·
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
