Sales & Operations Coordinator (Remote | Colombia)

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Sales & Operations Coordinator to join a growing US-based logistics and parking operations company.

This is a fully remote role ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of customer communication, operations coordination, sales support, and administrative responsibilities.

You’ll play an important role in helping daily operations run smoothly while supporting both customers and internal teams.

We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable speaking with customers, and confident working independently in a remote environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling inbound and outbound customer communication
• Conducting outbound cold calls to prospective customers
• Following up on invoices and payment collections
• Supporting daily operational coordination and inventory tracking
• Responding to emails and customer inquiries
• Assisting with sales outreach and lead follow-up
• Updating customer records and operational systems
• Coordinating information across teams and locations
• Supporting social media and marketplace outreach efforts
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting
