Overview:
KEMCO is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sales & Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding our business. This individual will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities and then transitioning into a hands-on role managing and operating those projects with the support of the KEMCO operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and establish new business opportunities across targeted markets

• Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and closing

• Transition into an operational leadership role for newly acquired projects

• Collaborate with the KEMCO operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and execution

• Maintain strong client relationships and uphold KEMCO’s standards of service

• Provide strategic insight to continually refine business development and operational processes

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, operations, or business development

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities

• Experience in managing projects or business units a plus

• Ability to travel as needed

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $50,000/year

• Commission: Earn commission for each new business deal closed
