Our client is an established relocation company seeking a Business Sales and Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and build the sales division of the business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients
• Network, Develop and maintain client relationships
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
• Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreedMake and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
• Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
• Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Drive the end-to-end sales process

Skills

• Strong background in outside sales and account management
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional customer service and negotiation abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Relocation Services Preferred

Salary: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year plus commission
