Job Description - Sales and Partner Enablement Director

A10 is looking for an exceptional candidate to lead the global Sales and Partner Enablement function.

The Director reports to the VP of Global Marketing and is responsible for developing the ongoing learning programs for our sales and partner communities and develop playbooks to enable and activate our sales teams and channel partners against new product use cases and growth opportunities.

This work involves partnership with cross-functional leaders and subject matter experts including Marketing, Sales, Product, Product Management, Sales Operations, and other teams across A10. Works closely with the sales leadership teams to identify priorities and can translate those priorities into content.

Over their career, the Director has developed a deep understanding of the industry, and has become in expert in modern sales and partner enablement strategies and tools, and excels at executing impactful and engaging virtual and in-person learning programs for both sales teams and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

Drive continuous learning across the sales and partner communities, ensuring readiness through refreshers and additional certifications
Design, build and deliver training programs for new product use cases
Develop and maintain interactive, evergreen sales playbooks that enable and activate our sales and channel teams against A10 growth opportunities in the market
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the adoption and engagement of the LMS other sales enablement tools and strategies
Configure self-enforcement dashboards and scorecards within the LMS to measure and improve performance and adoption
Develop ongoing messaging and positioning enablement for Inside sales and SDR teams
Manage and optimize variable promotional and incentive plans
Create reusable and customizable templates, trainings, and artifacts to promote the use of scalable, customer centric content with a solution mindset

Required Experience

Enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment
Experience in large scale service provider networks, and large enterprise networking and cybersecurity
Excellent writing, presentation- and communication skills
Ability to create original content based on internal and analyst research
Presentation skills to clearly communicate product functionality and advantages
Highly technical and analytical
10+ years of experience in sales or partner enablement in the networking and security industry
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent technical degree/work experience
