Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Partnerships Lead to spearhead our business development and revenue-generation efforts across Lebanon and new markets. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s growth strategy, cultivating high-value partnerships, and securing new funding streams from institutional donors, corporates, and ecosystem actors.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Pipeline Development

Shape and implement a long-term business growth and sales strategy aligned with the company’s mission and expansion plans.

Proactively develop the pipeline of programmatic and consulting opportunities through strategic networking and positioning.

Market Intelligence & Client Positioning

Continuously track industry trends, funding cycles, and competitor activities.

Map out clients, organizations, and product-market fit opportunities across multiple sectors and geographies.

Identify client needs and co-create tailored solutions and program proposals with internal teams.

Customer Engagement & Deal Closing

Cultivate strong relationships with current and prospective clients, including bilateral donors, foundations, corporates, and ecosystem stakeholders.

Lead commercial negotiations with professionalism, ensuring alignment between client needs and company offerings.

Partnership Development

Secure and maintain strategic partnerships with Tier 1–2 companies and institutional stakeholders in Lebanon and Syria.

Represent the company in high-level meetings, donor forums, and industry events

Qualifications

  1. 5–8 years of experience in sales, strategic partnerships, or donor relations in the consulting, development, or entrepreneurship sectors.
  2. BA in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  3. Proven track record in fundraising, deal closure, and client engagement with major institutions.
  4. Deep understanding of the entrepreneurship, capacity-building, or consulting ecosystems.
  5. Excellent influencing, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  6. Strong negotiation acumen and ability to manage sensitive, high-stakes conversations with discretion.
  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic and French are a plus).
