What You’ll Do:

• Coach and train technicians and sales staff to achieve performance goals

• Develop and implement strategies to grow sales and improve customer satisfaction

• Lead by example and foster a positive, high-energy team environment

• Track results, monitor KPIs, and maintain Supreme’s high service standards

• Experience in the HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical service industry preferred
