Supreme Service Today is seeking an experienced Sales & Service Director to lead our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service departments. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on developing people, improving customer satisfaction, and driving company growth.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop Salespeople and technicians.
• Improve sales performance and customer experience.
• Conduct field ride-alongs and provide hands-on coaching.
• Monitor key performance metrics and help teams achieve their goals.
• Build training programs for technical and customer service excellence.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of residential HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industry experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong coaching and team-building skills.
• Proven ability to improve sales and operational performance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Starting at $120,000
• Earning Potential: $200,000+ through performance-based incentives
