As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Sales & Service Manager who will play a key role in expanding our client base, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
About the Role
This position combines sales leadership with service management. You’ll oversee both business development and client care operations, helping us reach our 2025 goal of a 20% increase in census and revenue. The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing outstanding client experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and physicians
- Identify and onboard new referral partners while scaling successful referral incentive programs
- Lead marketing and outreach efforts to increase brand awareness and attract new leads
- Oversee client onboarding, scheduling, and caregiver-client matching to ensure quality service delivery
- Conduct client assessments, monitor care plans, and ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Track key metrics related to client satisfaction, retention, and service quality
- Collaborate across departments to maintain consistent communication and smooth operations
- Analyze trends to identify new opportunities for service or geographic expansion
- Be available on-call for urgent client or staffing concerns
Skills & Technical Abilities
- Relationship Management: Exceptional ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with referral sources, clients, and caregivers
- Sales & Outreach Strategy: Skilled in community engagement, referral program development, and territory growth planning
- Client Care Expertise: Knowledge of care assessment protocols, service planning, and quality assurance for home care and healthcare environments
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills for professional collaboration and public outreach
- Technology Proficiency:
- CRM and marketing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp)
- Scheduling and EMR/EHR systems (ClearCare/WellSky, AxisCare, AlayaCare)
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Social media and digital marketing platforms (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Canva)
