Sales and Service Route Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and quality service to customers in line with company standards.


• Address escalated customer issues, collaborating with the Branch Manager.


• Oversee safe branch and route operations, adhering to regulatory practices.


• Train and empower Service and Sales Representatives for success.


• Collaborate with branch management on route-related matters.


• Manage customer AR accounts and contribute to individual revenue goals.


• Drive a company vehicle and maintain hands-on involvement in the field.


• Capability to engage in a 8-12 week on-call rotation to deliver exceptional customer support.

What You'll Gain:

Guaranteed 40hrs.: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm + occasional overtime and on-call duties.

Compensation: Annual pay of $75,000 (consisting of hourly pay, commission on total hand sales, guaranteed overtime, and on-call).

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership abilities with a self-starter mindset.


• Sales experience or a strong sales drive is essential.


• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with DOT/EPA regulations.


• Excellent organizational and communication skills.


• Ability to influence and lead teams effectively.
