Job Description - Sales and Service specialist

The Sales & Service Specialist is a positive, high-energy, customer-focused position in a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility. This role is primarily responsible for servicing customers by assessing needs, recommending products and/or services, performing entry-level vehicle services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services

What you'll do:

Build customer relationships

Deliver exceptional customer service

Assist in all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks

Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks: Tires, Battery, Oil, etc.

Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as-needed basis

Assist in directing the workflow in the service department

Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks

Qualifications

Retail sales and/or customer service experience

Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Compensation: $60,500.00 - $95,400.00 per year
