Sales & Stores Assistant

Outreach Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established company within the electrical and plumbing sector, currently seeking a Sales & Stores Assistant to join their team.

This role will involve a mix of trade counter sales and store support, providing a great opportunity for someone with a hands-on approach and a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the electrical trade counter and handle point-of-sale transactions

• Assist customers by preparing quotations and providing product information

• Support with inventory management, including stocktaking

• Receive and inspect deliveries, and manage stock replenishment

• Prepare orders for dispatch and assist with store upkeep

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in electrical or plumbing sectors, is highly preferred

• Sound knowledge of electrical products is an asset

• Fluent in Maltese and English (spoken and written)

• Computer literate, with basic proficiency in POS and stock systems

• Valid driving license required

• Must hold a clean police conduct certificate
