About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Arborist to join our team, focusing on promoting and selling tree care solutions through face-to-face meetings, phone consultations, and digital platforms. This position combines expertise in arboriculture with a strong sales mindset to guide clients, develop tailored tree care plans, and contribute to business growth.

Primary Duties

Client Consultations & Sales: Visit residential properties to evaluate tree conditions, identify issues, and recommend suitable services or treatments.

Client Education: Communicate the importance of ongoing tree maintenance, best care practices, and our commitment to environmentally responsible solutions.

Lead Development: Expand your client base by networking, seeking referrals, and engaging with the local community.

Relationship Management: Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining regular contact with clients throughout the sales and service process.

Industry Awareness: Stay informed about the latest developments in tree care, pest management, and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For

ISA Certified Arborist, or willingness to obtain certification within three months of hire.

Minimum of three years’ experience in tree care, consulting, or sales.

Solid understanding of tree biology, pruning, disease/pest management, and risk assessment.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Self-driven with excellent organizational skills, able to manage leads and close sales independently.

Valid driver’s license.

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
