Position Summary
As our Area Manager at Homeseeker, you will play a key role in driving our luxury vacation rental expansion into Arizona. Your mission is to:
Work with our partners to expand our portfolio
Sales call and prospecting new clients using our CRM
Onboard new properties
Conduct routine inspections
Support operations team when needed
Participate in weekly training and reporting meetings (every Monday 1hr)

Share and test new acquisitions strategy together with team
Conduct research to support business decisions
Sales call and prospecting
Adept at cold calling, prospecting, and presenting to sophisticated, high-end clients.
Follow up calls to move client to the onboarding stage
Onboarding properties

develop & setup dynamic pricing strategy
Manage vendor schedules and vendor relationships in a professional manner
Retain property owners by maintaining properties according to the expectations provided to you.
Managing your territory in accordance with budgeted requirements
Qualifications
Strong initiative, with a "grit" factor, and the ability to drive results in a competitive environment.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and take initiative in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a remote setting.
Experience in property management is preferred
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
Basic home maintenance skills
Excellent customer service skills
Reliable and consistent
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
Part Time Hourly Wage: $18-$25/hour (depends on your level of experience)
+
If you close 3 properties per month - you earn 2.5% commission
If you close 5 properties per month - you earn 5% commission
If you close 10 properties per month - you earn 12% commission
*commission is based on the revenue produced by the property paid out quarterly - eg: $150K revenue per property, 5% commission is $7,500 per 1 year contracted property under management.
Schedule: Flexible working hours and the ability to work on weekends are required.
