Sales Assistant

·         Opens new orders via phone, email or counter service

·         Provides estimates to customers for projects

·         Recommends products or services by analyzing the customer’s wants & needs

·         Provides project status updates to customers via phone and email

·         Research products and materials needed for projects

·         Calling customers to follow up on quotes

·         Creating new quotes to be reviewed by Sales Manager before being sent out to the customer

·         Assist Sales Manager as needed

·         Assist with Sales Managers projects when he is off

·         Use teams for interoffice conflicts

·         Indoor/Outdoor – must be able to photograph & measure vehicles outside in all seasons

·         Answer phones when needed

·         Help cover other front office positions when someone is on vacation or sick

·         Any other duties as needed

·         Job duties can be changed at any time to accommodate Signs and Lines by Stretch needs

Qualifications and Education Requirements

·         Product knowledge of vinyl graphics

·         Product knowledge of indoor/outdoor signs

·         High School Diploma – minimum

·         Bachelor’s Degree – desirable

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of programs
