Sales Assistant

Description

The Sales Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Agents by managing client communication, preparing quotes, and maintaining organized sales data. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct follow-up calls to clients regarding previously provided charter bus quotes.
• Generate and deliver quotes to existing clients who contact Sales Agents directly via email.
• Maintain and update sales spreadsheets with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist Sales Agents with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling and preparing documentation.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive client relationships.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the sales team.
• Maintain records and logs of activities, calls, and other relevant information while inputting data into the computer system.
• Other tasks as necessary

Requirements

 Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Docs, Google Sheets).
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
