Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the sales process by communicating with customers, prospects, and potential residents.
  • Meet and exceed established sales goals by working closely with the sales team.
  • Provide potential families with the highest level of customer service.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment that includes working cooperatively with other employees.
  • Assisted Living Experience in Sales/Customer Service
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and be effective in using them.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all client information.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when dealing with internal clients as well as external customers.
