Sales Assistant

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Sales Assistant to join our eyewear retail team in Malta. You will help customers choose the perfect eyewear, provide product knowledge, and ensure an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting eyewear based on their preferences and needs.
• Offer product information and recommendations.
• Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
• Help with fitting and adjusting frames.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store success.

Requirements:

• Retail experience (preferably in eyewear or fashion) is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for handling transactions.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
